"I did the 200 hour residential multistyle yoga teacher training with Nath Yogshala. The teachers here are very knowledgeable and absolutely fantastic! I loved the holistic, multi-dimensional aspect of teacher training that focused on asanas and alignment & adjustment as much as other essential aspects such as yoga philosophy, anatomy, ayurveda, meditation and mantra chanting thus equipping me to design and conduct a traditional Indian yoga class in various styles. I will remember the teachers and the staff with great fondness. Special mention to the staff for feeding us delicious food and taking us on wonderful excursions. I highly recommend this place."
